Below is just a snippet of what I’m working on. Obviously, I am a Star Trek fan. Particularly, just DS9 and Enterprise. But I’m slowly warming up to the other series.

Last night I was inspired to make my own version of “Paleo Egg Muffins” from this link. Why my own version? Well, I didn’t have their ingredients. :} It’s a simple recipe.
