Paper Wreath!

As much as I enjoyed making a real fir wreath last year, I am going to attempt to use recycled paper to create a paper wreath this year.
It was inspired by this LINK [which, I actually found on my own, with a little help from Google, of course].
My theme – I’m thinking of red, white and black.
