Part 1\" href=\"http:\/\/hazelrider.wordpress.com\/2013\/11\/09\/why-are-challenges-just-unfinished-projects-part-1\/\" target=\"_blank\">post<\/a>, I talked about my battles, demons and obstacles that prevent me from finishing projects. I also mentioned that I&#8217;d come up with counteractive solutions. I was motivated by Jon Acuff&#8217;s book <a title=\"Start by Jon Acuff\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Jonathan-Acuff\/e\/B002Q36ZTE\" target=\"_blank\">Start<\/a>. In his book, he encourages to &#8220;mock each fear that you&#8217;ve written down&#8221;. Even though this is slightly different, it was a great exercise to do. Now I just need to keep these solutions and to make these inside voices louder!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Embrace success<\/div>\n<div>Embrace failure &#8211; since it&#8217;s a great motivator for success<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Stop over thinking things<\/div>\n<div>Stick to the cause and to the deadline<\/div>\n<div>Remind myself LIFE IS SHORT<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Stay focused and do one thing at a time [use the <a title=\"Pomodoro Technique\" href=\"http:\/\/pomodorotechnique.com\/timer\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pomodoro Technique<\/a> &#8211; where you set a timer and do it within that time]<\/p>\n<div>Start saying no to things and stop doing things that do not matter<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Start prioritizing<\/p>\n<div>Use my calendar to set realistic deadline<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>How about you?
